Simulation-Powered Computational Linguistics for Materials Foundation Models
Research
Every capability we have was built inside a project.
EU-funded R&I projects and one national programme. Each one left something in the suite that is still there — and several are running publicly on SimuPort today.

Technologies and platforms
The same codebase reaches a project in several forms, depending on what the work requires.
Simulation suite
Geometry handling, meshing, solvers and post-processing in one environment, running on a workstation or on a project’s own servers.

SimuPort
The browser platform. Public and controlled simulators, no installation, hosted on Flowphys infrastructure.

Flux
A domain-specific language for defining geometry, meshes, materials, solvers and optimisation studies. Written by hand or generated from a natural-language description, then executed unattended — which makes an AI-generated model reproducible rather than one-off.

Agentic framework
Specialised agents that build geometry, generate meshes, check feasibility, run studies, train surrogates and optimise, iterating until a design meets its specification.

Solver library
The physics engines beneath all of the above. Every solver listed here is deployed and running on SimuPort today, covering fluids, structures, thermo-mechanics, materials, electromagnetics and 1D networks. The same solvers power the desktop suite, SimuPort and partner integrations. More solvers are in development and move to production as they are validated.

Programmatic access
Interfaces for partners embedding Flowphys models in their own workflows and tool chains.

In-house computing
Flowphys operates its own high-performance servers for simulation, surrogate training and hosting SimuPort.
Research projects
Flowphys works primarily through collaborative European research. We contribute to Horizon Europe, H2020 and Eurostars projects as coordinator, work-package lead and technology partner, and currently coordinate the Horizon Europe project SimuLingua.
